Syntax ( Use of Grammar) : 4.. occasional errors common among native speakers.

I rate myself #4 because I'am not that fluent in English, but I can speak of it well even if sometimes I got some errors in Grammar but it is still appropriate..

Semantics(Choice of Words) : 3 use of everyday vocabulary

I rate my self in Semantics is 2 because, I just use my known familiar words in speaking and i always using it.

Fluency( Ease of Smoothness in Speech) : 4 : able to carry on conversations on a variety of topics.

Pronunciation ( Accent Intonation) : 3 pronounce enunciates and intonates words correctly and appropriately most of the time.

I rate myself in Pronunciation is 3 because, i can pronounce the words correct most of the time.
